*im a hardcore germophobe and refused to go in the water when my friends tried out the water exercise class at the gym. they had an awesome time and i promised id give it a shot and think happy thoughts while in the water.
Stuff.
In my class tonight we discussed weight loss and procrastination. It helped me to really focus on why I sabotage myself from losing the weight I want to lose.
I did well today with eating and exercise too. Details and lots of posts tomorrow. Thank you to those who offered support to myself and my family.

whats going on with me today
Ive done 60 squats today since im doing them every time I go to the bathroom [good visual for you] and ill probably go 50 times more before bed; my bladder is insane [TMI for you]. So my legs are feelin it, but in a good way.
Ive only walked about 4,000 steps today! That’s bad! And for the record, I did not hit 10,000 yesterday—I only got to 6thousandandsomething. Sorry guys. Ill try and get it...
