quick update because i'm kicking shark week's ass:

i’m impressed by this thing’s accuracy. and at first i was irritated by how much i’m running around [literally, physically running around the office like a sweaty freak] but then i realized it’s a good work out. i turned on the pedometer and within 20 minutes had over 1,000 steps. let’s see what i can do during the rest of the day

why do i always procrastinate before a run?
so i ended up running closer to 10pm than 9pm like i previously posted. i just really didnt want to get up and do it but i knew i had to since this is week one of my mon/weds/fri running plan and thatd just be a FAIL if i didnt go.
