long story short, i love me some food. unfortunately, the kinds of food i love weren't loving me back. i was kicking 150 pounds at 5'3 when i decided to cut the shit AND the fat and do something about my weight.
i started this blog in 2010 and took off over 20 pounds, reaching 121 lbs and loving it. then i got lazy, and started a new job where free snacks were all up in my face, and suddenly i was back to 140 again. HELL. NO.
i currently sit at 134, but am learning to ditch the scale AND the free snacks and am enjoying my journey towards a binge-free life and exercise-filled days.
sometimes i struggle. sometimes i just plain fail. sometimes i do awesome. but i always, always keep it real. enjoy the journey with me, and let's do this together!
