got my pedometer app on
i’m impressed by this thing’s accuracy. and at first i was irritated by how much i’m running around [literally, physically running around the office like a sweaty freak] but then i realized it’s a good work out. i turned on the pedometer and within 20 minutes had over 1,000 steps. let’s see what i can do during the rest of the day
lots of exercise planned for tonight! gotta see a loss next week to make up for this week’s gain =]
