goals (and other shit)

sidenote: SPEAKING of shit, i actually just wrote “we were able to shit the part” instead of “ship the part” in a work e-mail. luckily i caught it RIGHT as i sending.  OMG. 

soooo anyways. i’m gonna do as my love,setbackdoesnotmeanfailure, does, and set goals for the week as opposed to the month because i was thinking about it in the shower earlier [um yeah creepyyy i know] and think that i’d do better with a short-term goal. p.s. if you aren’t following her you should be because she’s amazing.

my goals for the week:

  1. practice on my new skateboard for an hour a day
  2. run 3 days this week. having monday off threw me off of my whole mon-weds-fri thing for some reason, but i still want to go 3 times this week anyway, if not more.
  3. stomach exercises every night. i’m enjoying sitting down with the medicine ball every day and getting some quick exercises in; i’d like to do them every day this week instead of every other day.
  4. sign up for my pure barre class!
